About This Course
My wish is that you finish this course with something practical and tangible: a meal plan that you'll actually use!
Most importantly, I want you to learn a technique that you can keep applying to create more meal plans that will make your eating habits healthier and easier.
Before we go to the core knowledge and instructions, I want to tell you a little story.
Last year, my mum was admitted to the hospital and since then, she has been in a wheelchair and lost the ability to cook.
My father never learned how to cook, except for pasta.
My parents are well over 80 now and with multiple health issues, including my mom’s diabetes. So, as you can imagine eating exclusively pasta every single day was not an option.
I decided to hire someone who would go once a week to cook for them, and I created multiple menus for each season of the year.
Each menu contains 4 recipes, and I had to make sure that those recipes would keep well in the fridge for the entire week, would include local ingredients my parents are familiar with, and most importantly, would follow the principles you’ll learn in this course.
After one year, I created 31 menus. Each menu has its grocery list that I send to my dad every week so that he can get the groceries they need for the week.
Every Monday, the person we have hired just needs to follow the instructions I have left for her online.
Why did I just tell you this story?
Because it’s a good example of a strategy that we have created for my parent’s specific situation, and I hope it will inspire you to create the strategy that works for you and your family while making sure the recipes you choose cover your body’s needs.
The goal of this course is for you to create a 1-week meal plan that will cover your nutritional needs and make you feel energized throughout the day, be productive and focused, and help you sleep better.
At the same time, you'll learn the strategy that you can replicate a million times to create many more meal plans.
