Before we get started, I’d like to introduce myself and share how I got here helping women eat healthier. Feel free to skip this part by jumping to the next lesson.

After turning 30, I experienced a few changes in my body that I felt were out of my control. In my late 30s, with a few extra kilos, I was worried that things would take a bad turn.

My eating habits were a mess. I was consuming lots of junk food, especially sweets since I have a big sweet tooth.

So, with all this fear, I realized that I had to change my eating habits, but you know what? I had no idea what I was supposed to be eating.

Like many of us do nowadays, I did the most logic thing: I asked Google, I started following people on social media, and I tried multiple diets based on the information I was exposed to.

However, I soon realized that there is too much conflicting information out there, and listening to a 20-something influencer promoting the latest diet trend was not what I needed.

And so, after a master’s degree in nutrition and multiple certificates later, here I am, keeping up with the evolution of nutrition science and finding ways to make healthy eating easy to help other very busy humans do the same.

So, believe me, I’ve had my share of struggles, and I empathize with you because each one has its journey, and sometimes it’s not easy. But I’m glad you are here, and I’ll do my best to help you on your own journey.
